Pattern Design

From your sketches, design specifications, and/or sample garments, first patterns are designed and engineered. A full size sample pattern is supplied for testing and approval.

Grading

Approved sample patterns,designed by us or supplied by you, will be graded in accordance with a given size chart or to an agreed standard. We will advise on sizing where needed.

Prototype Sample Making

We can provide you with prototypes to help you develop your ideas and assist your manufacturers progress through production sampling.

Pattern Production

Cut patterns for all sizes can be output, ranging from heavy-duty pressboard down to thin card.

Material Costings

Through computerised lay planning we can accurately define the material usage for your products, and provide detailed documentation for you and your manufacturer.

Marker Making

Full size production markers supplied on heat seal or staple fix paper, if needed, enabling you to optimise and have control over material usage in production

Consultancy

With our in-house team and a network of associated experts, we can evaluate your CAD/CAM requirements and resource and advise you on optimising productivity.

Fabric Utilisation Reports

Documents like these can be developed and easily adapted to integrate with your existing systems.

Made To Measure

Computer generated patterns, to individual customers measurements, are produced and output in the form of paper lay plans, saving time and expensive materials. Originally aimed at the bespoke tailoring company, this service is finding increasing application in career wear, bridal wear and in many other areas where fit is critical.
